We may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Website, such as:

  • Deliver RSVP responses to Hosts

3. SMS Text Messaging

If a Host provides a Guest’s mobile phone number, it is used only to send the birthday invitation and related messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Guests may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Once a Guest opts out, no further SMS messages will be sent to that number unless the Guest re-subscribes.

4. Information Sharing

Birthday Rizz LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties.

We do not disclose Host or Guest email addresses or phone numbers to anyone, except:

  • To trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (such as email or SMS delivery providers), who are contractually obligated to protect the information and use it only for providing services to BirthdayRizz
